MARINA BERTHS AT TAMAKI MARINE PARK

A better boating base — without the city chaos.
A Smarter Spot to Berth
If you’re tired of the hustle at city marinas, you’ll appreciate what we’ve got going here. Tamaki Marine Park is tucked away on the calm, sheltered waters of the Tamaki Estuary — just 10 minutes from the CBD and a few minutes off the motorway at Sylvia Park.
It’s quiet. It’s secure. And best of all, you’re already pointed in the right direction when you cast off.
Quick Access to the Gulf
From your berth, it’s a cruisy 25-minute run to Browns Island, with Waiheke and the Hauraki Gulf just beyond. You’ll spend less time idling in inner harbour traffic — and more time where you want to be.
In fact, we’re closer to Waiheke than Westhaven, and you’ll notice the difference.
Built for Bigger Boats
Our marina is set up for a wide range of vessels, with berths available for boats up to 30 metres. Facilities include:
Power and water at every berth
Secure yard with 24/7 monitoring
Plenty of parking nearby
Full disability access throughout the site
Whether you’re here every weekend or once a month, everything’s designed to make your time on the water simple and stress-free.
-
We’re just three minutes from the motorway, so getting here is easy — no fighting city traffic or squeezing into tight spots. And once you’re here, things run smoothly. Our team’s always around if you need a hand, and service is friendly, not flash.
-
One of the things our berth holders often mention is the people. You’ll quickly get to know a few familiar faces — and probably end up swapping a story or two while you’re checking your lines or rinsing down after a day out.
There’s a down-to-earth feel here, and a shared respect for the water. It’s the kind of place where people look out for each other.
-
Need a service done while you're berthed? No problem. With haulout, hardstand, dry stack, and a full line-up of marine service providers on site, it’s easy to get things sorted without leaving the park.

“We’ve been here 3 and a half years right from when we bought the boat from tauranga, and they’ve been super helpful. There’s always someone on the lookout if you need a hand and you can always go straight to them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!”
