TAMAKI MARINE PARK CONTRACTORS INDUCTION

Planning to work on-site at Tamaki Marine Park?

All contractors must complete an induction before carrying out any work within the marina, boatyard, or dry stack areas.

This process ensures a safe and compliant environment for everyone—contractors, boat owners, staff, and visitors.

Who Needs to be Inducted?

If you’re a marine tradesperson or contractor working on vessels or infrastructure at Tamaki Marine Park, you’ll need to complete our induction. This includes:

  • Boat maintenance and repair services

  • Hull cleaning, painting, or antifouling

  • Marine electrical and electronic work

  • Engine servicing or plumbing

  • Any on-site marine support

What the Induction Covers

Our contractor induction outlines important site information, including:

  • Access procedures and parking

  • PPE and safety requirements

  • Environmental protection and spill response

  • Emergency contacts and reporting

  • Rules for working in the yard and on vessels

By completing the induction, you agree to comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
